Our restaurant strives to craft an authentic “Neapolitan” pizza using a special pizza oven. The hallmark of Neapolitan pizza is its fluffy leopard-print rim. The crispy and chewy edges encapsulate the distinct flavors of the flour. We highly recommend trying our Mushroom Pizza, featuring locally sourced “Sukuyoka” brand maitake mushrooms from Minakami, as well as our Pizza topped generously with “Hamon Minakami” cured ham. The dough, made with delicious water from Minakami, adds a unique flavor to the pizza.In winter, only lunch service is available on Mondays and Wednesdays.
