Kadoya is very particular about Teuchi ( Hand-made) Soba noodle and Udon noodle. They use mountain water which comes from a Mountain nearby. The Mountain is used to cool off the noodle to enrich the flavor.
“Hegisoba” (Soba on a thin wood plate.) is great to share with family and friends. We recommend Tempura and soup to go with the noodles, especially the “Kamojiru”(duck soup). Visitors often order it again when they visit Kadoya.
